33kd Terms and Conditions

01General Terms

These terms apply to all services, products, bonuses, games, and promotional activities on the 33kd platform. All users must comply with every rule with the highest level of honesty, transparency, and responsibility.

• These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered final.
• 33kd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.
• If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.

02Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account and participate in any game or betting activity on 33kd, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The user must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Users must use this platform voluntarily and at their own discretion.
• 33kd may at any time request documents to verify age or identity. The account may remain suspended until verification is complete.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.

03Account Registration and Security

Creating a valid account is required to access all services on the platform.

Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration (name, mobile number, date of birth) must be true and accurate.
• If an account is registered with false or misleading information, the account will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Password and Account Security

• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
• Passwords must never be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, 33kd support must be notified immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

04Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

33kd provides safe and fast financial transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Before depositing funds into your account, please use the correct amount and reference number.
• Depositing from another person's mobile banking account is prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made to the registered user's own mobile banking account.
• If the wagering requirements for an applicable bonus have not been met, the withdrawal request may be delayed.
• Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal.

Fraudulent Transactions

• In the event of a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent transaction, the account will be immediately suspended and the withdrawal will be cancelled.

05Bonuses and Promotions

33kd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered members. By accepting these bonuses, the following terms apply automatically:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (15 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.

VIP Cashback

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
• VIP tier upgrades depend on playing activity and 33kd's internal evaluation.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus abuse (such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts) is punishable.
• 33kd reserves the right to modify or cancel any special promotion at any time.

06Fair Play Policy

33kd is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all games. All games and betting services on the platform are operated on reliable and verifiable technology.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all slots and casino games to keep results completely impartial.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33kd platform. Violations may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Attempting to defraud the system using software, bots, automated scripts, or improper techniques.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using the 33kd name or logo without authorization.

08Account Suspension and Termination

33kd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.

Funds After Termination

• The user's own funds (excluding bonuses) may be returned subject to verification.
• If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, all funds may be forfeited.
• Users may also request to close their account at any time; please contact support for this.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33kd is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, server outages, or technical errors.
• Unauthorized use of a user's account by a third party.
• Direct or indirect financial loss arising from betting or gaming.
• Service disruptions resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, etc.).

The 33kd platform is provided on an as-is basis. Participation in gaming or betting is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
